"A resort hotel that’s well connected to many places of interest. Dining, shopping and entertainment all under one roof. Staff however lacks English proficiency, Google translate wasn’t very helpful either."

"I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing."

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the room was thoughtfully stocked with amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I needed was already provided. The attention to detail really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor pool and show were fantastic as well. The water temperature was warm and comfortable, and we enjoyed it so much that we stayed there for almost two hours. One small suggestion: the area around the pool can be quite slippery when wet. I unfortunately slipped and fell once, so it would be great if additional safety measures could be considered. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again."
