1.Safety - bottom tiles of swimming pool needs to be repaired. Could've cut and got infured 2. Elevator smells like vinegar 3. Parking lot does not have indication whether it's occupied or not, hard to find a parking spot 4. Spent more than 30 min to get a taxi inbound/outbound. It would be great if Hidden Cliff would arrange a taxi service available for customers

화장실에 지렁이 빼고는 훌륭했습니다.

호텔은 좋았어요. 위치도 좋고 시설도 좋고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 전체 시설이 청결하게 유지되고 있었고요. 문제는 샤워실 배수구에서 작은 실지렁이가 올라와요. 4일 숙박했는데 3일을 실지렁이를 봤습니다. 외출 후 샤워하러 들어갈 때마다 혹시나 또 실지렁이가 있지 않을까 긴장하고 불안한 상태였습니다. 웰컴 지렁이 같았어요. 물을 뿌려서 배수구로 내려보내면 지렁이가 꿈틀 꿈틀 하면서 떠내려가지 않으려고 버티는데 저는 이런 종류의 해충을 혐오해서 참기 어려웠어요. 처음에는 잘 참았는데 마지막 날까지 또 나오니까 정말 화가 나더군요. 이게 모든 객실의 문제인지 제가 묵었던 객실만 그랬던 건지는 모르겠습니다. 호텔 측에서 문제의 심각성을 제대로 인지하고 있는지 의문입니다.
