Kabin Kyoto was a clean and no fuss property to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got great information on places to visit in Kyoto and amenities in the surrounding area. It was a wonderful first trip to Kyoto!

The Kyoto Century Hotel is a fantastic establishment. Staff are friendly, attentive and courteous. Rooms have king sized bed, mini fridge and the hotel provide yukata. The only snag we had was with the check-in process. Check-in is at 3pm and the hotel uses a self check-in computer kiosk (there is only 3 of them). It's a little overwhelming having only 3 kiosks and all the hotel guests trying to check-in all at once. But staff are there to help streamline the process as best as they can. Not the end of the world. You are however able to check your luggage in with the hotel before check-in time if you arrive early and your luggage will be waiting for you in your room. Hotel location is minutes walk away from the Kyoto Station and shopping district. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kyoto Century Hotel.

"The hotel is new and clean. Staying at the residence tower is a good choice as it comes with a washing machine and small kitchen. Great for family with kids. Location is very good as it's near to the station and shopping places. Will stay here again if I visit Osaka again."
