Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Katamaran Resort Lombok! My vacation at Katamaran Resort was unforgettable from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The resort’s beachfront location is simply breathtaking — crystal-clear water, golden sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a stunning ocean view. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the sea — it’s one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever swum in! The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, from local Indonesian dishes to fresh tropical fruits and international options. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Would go back.

The stay was very nice, all of the staff was very helpful and always asking if there was anything they could do for us. Food was very good also with a nice variety. The only downside was dim lighting in the rooms

Most amazing hotel in Lombok. The accommodation was superb and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. The hotel location is on the beach in Senggigi. The food and service at the hotel is so good that you would be hard pressed to fault it.

The pool villa we upgraded to was excellent value. The beachside location was excellent as was the choice of activities on offer. The Kliff restaurant was also excellent with sunset views and very reasonable prices by Australian standards. While the staff were always friendly, helpful and tried their best there were some small lapses in service likely caused by inexperience noting New Year was a busy period. Definitely a very pleasant 6 night stay.

Our stay at Katamaran was generally a pleasant one. Staff members were attentive and absolutely pleasant, some of the most beautiful souls. The hotel is beautiful and the views of the sea are breath taking. However, the only 2 things that was not good are the fact that there was nothing much to do or see in the area and that there were always people trying to sell us stuff on the beach while we tried to have lunch or dinner. It took away from my peace and relaxation

Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff! You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year.

とにかくスタッフのサービスが最高でした。 シースループールも最高です。 街までは車じゃないと無理ですが、ホテルの前にコンビニがあるのでとても便利です。 ギリ島への船着場にも遠くないのでギリ島にも行くならここはベストだと思います。

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. War ein erholsamer angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider ab 13:30 kein Schattenplatz mehr auf der gesamten Anlage vorhanden, da die Sonnenschirme nicht verstellt werden können. Allerdings finde ich es krass als Hotelgast bei allen Bestellungen 21% Tax und Service zu bezahlen. Service sollte im Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht extra bepreist werden dürfen, vorallem wenn das Hotel schon etwas höherpreisig ist. Preise für Essen und Trinken sind sowieso schon höher als sonst auf der gesamten Insel, dass man meinen könnte die 21% wären schon eingeschlossen, aber sie kommen noch zusätzlich drauf (Nasi Goreng 90K)

Alles was heerlijk! De villa , schoon met een heerlijke buiten én binnen douche. Het ontbijt! Heerlijk ! Niets is teveel voor het personeel, het emEnig “minpuntje” is de playlist in de restaurants en bij het zwembad mag meer variatie 🙈is iedere dag hetzelfde. Maar verder een dikke 10.
