"As with many other Comfort Inn properties, this facility was average at best. Due to limited availability in the area, I ended up paying a significant amount ($1,200 for a 3-night stay) which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The first room assigned to me had mold on the windows, which I unfortunately discovered on the second day. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk changed the room promptly once I reported it. On the first day itself, I had also requested a replacement comforter because the one in the room was heavily stained. In addition, the sink was leaking, and some of my belongings placed underneath got wet. The room also had a persistent musty smell throughout the stay. Overall, this was a below-average experience and not what I expected given the price paid"

"Room smelled of deodorizer covering cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. Horrible to smell. Staff was rude. They tripled the price for Syracuse University graduation. Noisy. Heard every person in the halllways. Even the quieter ones. Would not recommend."

"Fridge didn’t work . There was blood in the shower . They gave us the wrong room in the beginning and lights where out by the bed in the new room"

"Had to switch rooms but no issues doing so. Air was building controlled so it wasnt turned on only heat. Staff was amazing. Amenities were basically unavailable during remodeling, which had no effect of stay."

"The stay was horrible mold in the bathroom and along the window sill.There were stains on the shades and on the walls in the room there were crickets crawling on the shade and some where even dead on the floor .The toliet was stopped and the walk in shower was leaking water all on the floor .The covers were clean and the wash rags all looked dingy and not as clean .Never again will I ever rent a room from them again .Think twice before you book a room the hotel staff was accommodating and everything but not a good experience at all do not book this hotel."
