Johnsons Cove - Lakefront Retreat With EV Charger

Welcome to Johnsons Cove - Lakeside Retreat! Home with over 400 feet of deep water, private lake frontage. This *NEW* listing comes equipped with a full sized dock, two kayaks, and a lilypad. Life vests are supplied in a variety of sizes for your safety. A unique boat ramp is on the property only for non-motorized water crafts. There is a small sandy beach for easy access to walk into the lake. This quiet cove is perfect for swimming around the dock. Don't miss out on this special location! We're 20 minutes away from Clemson! Please reach out if you would like to bring your boat! Recently updated bedroom with sliding door on main level, see photos for Bedroom 2! With views from most every window, this four bedroom, two bathroom with a walkout basement easily divides guests into separate living spaces. The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen with several small appliances, seasonings, and a coffee/tea bar. The kitchen will lead you out onto an expansive back deck overlooking the lake. The main floor also includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full size bathroom including a bathtub. The walkout basement includes two additional bedrooms and a four piece bathroom to share. One of these bedrooms includes a sliding glass door facing the lake and the other is a bunk bed style room with two sets of bunks (three twins and one double bed total). There is a small desk on each floor for keeping up with work and school. All bedrooms and both living rooms have Smart TV's, the living rooms include over-sized TVs perfect for movie nights and sporting events. High speed 100MB internet makes TV watching and use of personal devices easy and enjoyable. Please reach out via the AirBNB app with additional questions and enjoy your stay! Great stay on Keowee

We truly enjoyed our stay at Johnson’s Cove. The property was super clean. The kitchen was one of the best stocked rentals I have stayed in. The mattress we slept on was better than our mattress at home. The communication with the owner was fast and she was quick to respond. We rented a pontoon for the day and the dock was easy to use for loading and unloading/restroom. We will surely rent there again.
