Booked the property for the peace of mind of a fenced yard with a dog, who enjoyed roaming around but we would have appreciated the grass cut prior to our arrival. Overall it was a great, peaceful stay we were comfortable, the fire pit was enjoyable and it’s super close to dog friendly vineyards and the state parks."

"Great location on the lake. Ideal location close to wineries and mid way between Geneva and Watkins Glen. We stayed for a week in May and were able to see many parks and wineries along 4 different lakes. Beautiful lake view from the kitchen, nice deck for relaxing in the evening. Owner is very responsive to questions, etc. and is nearby in case anything is needed. Nice quiet location for families and couples."
