This older home is situated between historic mansions of Auburn's past, less than 5 minute walk to downtown, local shops, restaurants and night life. Two bedroom with kitchen, 43" Roku TV and 32" in bedroom 2, a queen in each bedroom and double sofa bed in living room), bathroom with tub/shower combo. (fireplace is decorative only). A/C installed for the season.
The space
The CANANDAIGUIA suite is located in the historic district of Auburn. This older home is situated between old historic mansions of Auburn's past and is less than 5 minute walk to downtown, local shops, restaurants and night life. Large two bedroom with kitchen, 43" smart tv with Roku including netflix and 32" in bedroom 2. Apartment is fully furnished with a queen bed in both bedrooms and double sofa bed in the livingroom (all linen provided cot size bed), bathroom with tub/shower combo. A/C will be installed May 10th. (fireplace is decorative only)

This suite is located in a multi-unit building which offers other accommodations and travelers. There maybe traffic noise as the location of our home is in the downtown commercial corridor.

We're located close to the Seward House museum and the YMCA. Perfect for relaxing after enjoying the local museums, live entertainment, and micro-brew scene, appliances make cooking convenient. Outdoor covered patio to catch the air and cozy seating with patio warmer and fire pit for use (patio shared space)

This is a lower level apartment, however there are exterior steps when accessing the apartment (see photos). There are stairs from the parking area to the main entrance and a few stairs up the side patio to the door. If you park on the street, there will be less steps to get to the main door.

Traveling with uhaul or trailer no problem as lot of space for both type vehicles
