Great big room (for Japan), amazing Onsen, great service in English. All at low price. Area a bit out of the way, but a 20 mins walk to train station and near outlet mall. Would book again.

多くの書き込みにあるように良いサービスが多々あるのは凄く企業努力を感じますし又リピートしたいと思います。その上で改善して欲しい点を言うなら、レストラン客、入浴客、チェックイン、チェックアウトの客が全部フロント前で交錯するので、風呂上がりでフロント前を通るのが恥ずかしい。 お風呂場前で脱ぐスリッパが間違えて履かれて無くなるので、目印用のクリップなど工夫が欲しい。といったところでしょうか。
