"Lovely quiet location close to the sea and Soulac center. We hired bikes, it’s flat with great cycle routes and little traffic."

Il y a de la place dans les espaces communs du rez-de-chaussée qui sont restés frais malgré la chaleur.La cuisine est bien équipée, et il y a assez de vaisselle et de places assises pour les grandes tablées, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La plupart des pièces sont refaites à neuf et les photos de l'annonce ne reflètent pas ces travaux récents ni l'ambiance lumineuse de la maison. "The property is large and easily accommodated our party (9 guests) and could have taken more guests too. The outside space was fantastic and all the children loved the pool. The inside dining area was spacious and the kitchens were well stocked. The sleeping accommodation was great - beds were comfortable and to have air conditioning was a real bonus. The location of the property is fantastic with the beach only a few km away. The owner was super helpful and although doesn’t speak English used...

Tout à proximité de l’immeuble à pied ; marché tous les jours commerces restaurants .. et à 5 mn de la plage. Jolie petite station balnéaire très vivante. Le seul point négatif du logement (2eme étage) au bord d’une route passante...

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"Cadre agréable et calme mais la maison a un grand besoin de travaux et d'aménagement neuf. L'une des salles de bain est obsolète ( douche qui fuit dans toute la pièce et meuble vasque désoclé), l'eau était brulante à la douche et peu réglable et les WC de l'étage a un mauvais débit. Meubles et lits anciens, beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine où on s'y perd ! L'entourage de la piscine est dangereux puisque les dalles ont beaucoup bougé et la propriétaire ne retire pas les pointes...

"Stayed overnight in one of the suites, paid a holding deposit of 100 Euros on a debit card. On checkout we settled the bill in full and told the holding deposit wiuld be redunded in the next 7 days. This never happened even after sending 5 emails, direct to the hotel and through this app! I had to get my card issuer involved to resolve this a month on. For this reason I cannot recommend thos hotel."
