Located in Chaillevette, this charming 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests in a renovated former fisherman's house from 1870, situated in the historic semi-pedestrian district. You will find 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable bedding and a living room equipped with a trundle bed for additional sleeping options. The property features a bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped private kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and step-free indoor access.

Enjoy your private covered terrace, set in a leafy garden, furnished with outdoor seating and a private barbecue for al fresco dining.

Shared street parking is available. You may bring up to two pets, and a shared tennis court is accessible. The village has two typical oyster ports and is only 15 minutes from the beaches. Shops, seafood restaurants, bar-tabac, and sea kayaking are nearby. Events are not allowed on the property.
