Good all round some things didnt work in villa ,towels replacement seemed an issue pool went green mosquitoes drove us nuts at night,staff very friendly and helpfull but english not the best ,no decent coffee machine for breakfast only instant overall a great place and will stay there again

Private sanctuary with lots of character

Had a pleasant stay, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. The food was great with a huge choice on the menu. The villa was clean and very private, a little noisy at night with traffic going past and the mozzy coils are a must but overall very enjoyable.

worst villa ever

it was not even like villa. really disappointed. pool was too small.. receptionist didnot pick up phone in time. there were mosquitoes all around.. and even house fly flying over the breakfast. This was the worst villa ever.

Fabulous service, peaceful area, delightful villas

Although we had a few issues with the room, the hotel staff accommodated for this and made our stay a pleasure. The mossies were a nuesence though

Relaxing surrounds with delightful staff

This is the third occasion we have stayed at Bali Dream Suite Villas. We love everything about it. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and will do anything to ensure your stay is the best it can be. You can eat at the onsite restaurant or have meals delivered to your villa. The prices are reasonable, the food and presentation is fantastic. There is an onsite spa where you can take in the many services they have on offer. You get a voucher upon arrival for a 15-minute complimentary massage. There is a shuttle bus which covers Seminyak Square, Legian, and Kuta. The service runs twice a day and pick up is available or you can choose to make your own way back. All in all, this is a fabulous place for couples to relax and take in the beautiful Balinese culture. Definitely recommended, and we will be visiting sometime in the future.

Private Luxury

Stayed at the Bali Dream Suite Villa with a friend for a week. Enjoyed spa treatments and room service daily. Staff are exceptionally polite and welcoming. We took advantage of their shuttle services four days during our stay. There was one day where we waited an extended time for a pick up and had to get a taxi, but they also suffered delays with the airline incorrectly indicating arrival time for them to pick us up when we first arrived. The food was good. Room and private areas cleaned daily. Mosquitos were annoying, but not due to the hotel by any means, in fact they provided spray bottles to the room and fogging to the general areas at times. We wanted a private oasis to relax, and it did not disappoint. The villas were beautiful in every direction you looked, and changed in the light throughout the day and night. Villas were cosy but provided everything you needed. The open shower, and through to the pool was majestic. I would recommend the private villas to any couple, or close friends who don't want to mingle with too many other tourists. I wouldn't hesitate to return myself.

Perfektes Hotel mit bestem Service

Wir waren 2 Wochen (Sonntag bis Samstag) im Hotel um dort unsere Flitterwochen zu verbringen. Die Rezeption ist ständig besetzt, spricht gutes Englisch und ist sehr zuvorkommenden. Hier kann man sich Termine im hauseigenen Spa machen lassen und den kostenlosen Shuttleservice buchen. Der Shuttleservice fährt zu festgelegten Zeiten zu markanten Punkten, wie zum Beispiel Seminyak Square und Matahari Square, um die für uns 2 wichtigsten zu nennen und holt nach Wunsch einen dort auch wieder ab. Bei der Ankunft werden der Shuttleplan und die WLAN-Zugangsdaten unaufgefordert mit dem Schlüssel übergeben. Das WLAN ist im ganzen Hotel sehr gut und die Verbindung hat auch zum Skypen nach Deutschland sehr gut funktioniert (keine Verbindungsabbrüche). Im Zimmer angekommen freuten wir uns über den schönen freiliegenden Pool unter Bämen, des überdachten Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich (welchen wir nicht genutzt haben) mit Deckenventilator und viel Licht und die perfekt positionierten Sonnenliegen. Das Zimmer war groß und bereits bei Ankunft klimatisiert. Das Bett war zusätzlich mit Moskitoschutz versehen, was dem ganzen einen Flair eines Himmelbettes verlieh. Auch das Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne und der Dusche, welche unter freiem Himmel war, war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet (sollten die Koffer verloren gehen, es gibt auch neu verpackte Zahnbürsten und Rasierer zur freien Verfügung). Es waren auch 2 Fernseher (welche wir nicht nutzten) und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Très joli petit hôtel avec piscine privée. L'accueil est irréprochable. Chambres propres, salle de bain propre. Seul hic: un peu loin du centre. Mais il y a des navettes qui vous emmènent gratuitement a kuta ou seminyak (mais jusque 21h).

Nice but dirty

Nice hôtel but dirty moustiquaire , swimming pool dirty too and loosing water 10cm per day. Bed was not a double bed but 2 small beds next to eachother with a separation of 20cm not confortable at all and too strong matress... The hotel team was very nice and kind. Breakfast was good but not super quality.

A great stay

We stayed here for my girlfriends 21st birthday, the staff were not than helpful, during the run up to our stay, organising our meal and even a free birthday cake, and also during our stay. The staff, in particular Herry made the stay a delight and mad it a very special birthday for her. The villa was fantastic and having your own private pool is amazing. Thank you to the whole team.

Romantic getaway

My wife and I stayed at the Bali dream suite villa for 6 nights and had a fantastic time. The villa itself is stunning to look and the private pool is the perfect for a refreshing dip each day. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their face. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and had a good selection - particularly if you are wanting western options. The only possible downside is the hotel location which is not within walking distance to restaurants or shops - meaning you must either book a taxi or the hotel shuttle if you wish to explore. All in all we had a great stay and would not hesitate to return.

Great honeymoon stay. So private.

Fantastic honeymoon stay. The staff could not do enough for us. They were great. Villa was amazing. Very private. Very tranquil. Out door bathroom was lovely. Yes there were a few Mosquitos, but it's Asia and it's hot, so it's understandable. They sprayed the room at night and put mossie coils out. Breakfast was basic but nice. Egg station was good. Free drop off and pickup was utilised well. I would happily stay here again.

Nice villa - not close to anything

- private villa is good with a great pool - dirty bed sheets and terribly hard bed - bathroom outdoors so be prepared for lots of ants and mozzie bites - it is about a 10 minute taxi ride into seminyak square so not walking distance to anywhere really - good variety of breakfast - dont book tours or massages at the villa the massage was not great and the wrong tours were booked for us. overall I a good private villa at a reasonable price

Perfect for couples. Private pool amazing!

Perfect place for a couple's vacation. Very large, comfortable rooms with private pool and outdoor shower. Great service and very good buffet style breakfast included. Very clean and rooms in great shape. Alcoholic drinks were a bit weak and expensive, but this was the same everywhere in Bali. Would definitely recommend the private, authentic Balinese cooking class, where they take you to the local market to get the products, then teach you how to cook an amazing meal. Also great spa/massage services, and they give you a complimentary 15 minute massage with booking, but also a bit more expensive than other area massages (however can't compare quality as didn't get massage elsewhere). Overall, a bit pricey for Bali standards, but you get what you pay for and amazing deal by US standards. Only negative of hotel is the location is slightly further away from most of the activities (10-15 min walk to Seminyak square and 15-20 min to beach), but they offer a complimentary shuttle service a few times a day to the main areas. Plan to return in future and would definitely recommend to others.
