You got what you paid for
You got what you paid for. It's close to the beach and 2 small restaurants. Internet was okay. It's a humble hotel, don't expect luxury or a lot of service. Only 3 staffs here but they're all very nice and helpful.

A Little Delight
A return stay at the hotel and again it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay with friendly and efficient staff members. Although a modest hotel, it is well designed and in an area full of day and nighttime activities, but the hotel calm and quiet.

Probably Seminyak's best kept secret. Awesome value for money. Its not the Marriot, but it also doesnt have the Marriot $$ tag. Has the basics, Cleaned daily, bathroom hygienic, good breakfasts, beautiful friendly staff all tucked away in a quiet alley with 3 local Warungs within 20 meters. Go for Pool Access room if they are available, or the Villas

Great hotel and excellent service .
Everything would be a perfect holiday stay, had it not too near the road where sound of motorbikes and cars can be heard and can by annoying esp early in the morning where it may disrupt your sleep. I like the hotel environment esp the inviting pool and the smiling staffs who never failed to acknowledge you with a big Balinese smile . Breakfast is simple and good. As the weather is warm , the air condition was ON to cool the room for your comfort when back to the hotel in the evening . I love the hotel and will definitely stay again but will request a room away from the busy and noisy road .

The property was central and in a quiet off street. The room was clean however the walls were a little thin so could hear others in the rooms between me.

The location is great, however thats about it. Beds so uncomfortable my boyfriend woke up with terrible neck pain (and we only stayed one night!). No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor so carrying the luggage up and down is pretty hard.

The property was very clean and cosy. Staff were so helpful and i didn't have to wait to check in. New towels and water every morning. I loved the place i will be coming back.

Nice boutique size property that is set 1 block in from one of the main streets in Seminyak making it a quiet retreat. Very nice and quaint pool area. Good value for money for location, friendly staff and amenities.

Great location in the heart of Seminyak. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and it was large and tidy. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great value for money and I would reccommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lotus Tirta hotel. The staff were always so friendly and service-minded. They were especially nice towards our baby son of 7 months. Whenever we needed something they were there to help. My birthday was during our stay, and the staff came to sing the birthday song together with a cake. We had wonderful days relaxing by the pool, and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. We also enjoyed that the hotel was so close to everything in Seminyak. We recommend this hotel to anyone - families, couples and independent travellers.

Great location in older part of Seminyak
We (family of four) stayed in a three bedroom villa with our own pool. The kids loved having their own rooms with ensuite - it is effectively three separate hotel rooms adjoining a pool and living space. Staff were excellent and the location was great for us. It is in a quiet crossroad that is walking distance to the beach, Bintang supermarket and has plenty of taxis nearby to get you everywhere else. It is some distance from the trendier part of Seminyak, but that suited us fine. We were very happy with the nearby shops and Warungs (especially the Cabin and Warung Kecil) which were right on the doorstep.

I stayed here for 2 wewks. Great hotel close to everything. Good value. Staff were super friendly. Room was very clean with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Agus for a fantastic stay.

Nice but small room
Pool access room very small. Next to reception so could hear people talking all the time. Also ducks behind room started quacking at 6am. Luck I'm early riser. Overall hotel ok would go back. Location 5 mins to beach. Breakfast not good.

i arrived i was shown my room it was horrible its more suited to back packers , the pool is the size of our long spa pool this photo is promoting a nice motel well its old and needs an update . i went to the girl advised i will not be staying as it wasnt suitable i hated it so i went to another motel in the area. You guys were meant to be notifyed by the manager that i cancelled to false advertising and displaying its a nice place . Many problems with this property go and have a look for yourself. regards Annette Miss

Family villa in Seminyak hotel
The villa is tucked away off the street behind its own doorway, and has three spacious rooms, a kitchen and dining room, and its own little pool. It would suit families or three couples who want their own space as it's cut off from the rest of the hotel. It doesn't get much sun. Location is good, about a 10 mins walk to the beach, and a nice quiet neighbourhood with warung, bars, shops etc all in easy reach. Note that traffic in Seminyak is pretty awful these days, so it takes time to get anywhere by car.

Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. A great location. Central but off the main road so quieter. Breakfasts were tasty and hot and regardless of requested timing always on time. Rooms are small - that would be my only criticism of this place. Otherwise a great stay and I would recommend this gem - I would also come again .

Nice small hotel tucked at the corner of seminyak
Staff are excellent and warmth. Close enough to conveniences around yet quietly tucked away to get a good rest. Quite a walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk. Room is in decently good condition. No blackout curtains to sleep-in during the day.

Seminyak stopover
Great location for shopping food and beach. The hotel is on a gang off the main road thats a little noisey but you don’t notice once in the room. Staff are friendly and very helpful great breakfast included. The hotel has its own generator which is essential when Seminyak loses power. Great for couples and older families.
