A brand-new villa with modern and luxury design. We have 3 bedrooms, living room open to the garden, fully equipped kitchen, large pool of 10 x 3 meters. The spacious bedrooms have all air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, a safe deposit box and a dressing room. Each has a large private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, 2 hotplates of cooking gas, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine and a distributor of mineral water. The living room and the dining area are furnished and decorated with taste, antiques and modern. A Wi-Fi broadband connection is available as well as a sound system. we also provide maid service every day. Garden and pool maintenance are carried out regularly.

The villa is located 500 metres from the shopping centre Sunset Point or you will find a supermarket, various shops, restaurants such as Burger King and Pizza Hut. The main streets in Seminyak, jalan Basangkasa and Jalan Oberoi are less than 700 meters, here you will find the finest designer shops and the best restaurants in Bali. Many beaches are 5 minutes away by car or scooter.

Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR175K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 10pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
