Hotel stinks, especially in the halls, smelled like wet dog. Shower curtain in my room had that sour smell, bathroom counter wasn't wiped off. The staff at this hotel are so nice and professional, probably one of the best staff I've came across in all my travels.

Hampton Inn is a good spot along the 11&15 “strip” located next to the Shopps at Susquehanna. We have family within a mile of the property and the property having a pool for our kids and a fitness center with a Peloton is great. Breakfast is delish. Rooms are becoming a bit dated.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was cloudy and HEAVILY chlorinated. Other than that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We had an emergency the morning of our reservation. I sent three messages that early afternoon attempting to cancel through the Hotels.com app requesting to cancel based on the circumstances but did not receive a response on that day and ended up being charged for the room. We are very disappointed with both the Hampton Inn and Hotels.com
