Hidden gem between Austin and San Antonio, this Seguin vacation rental is a riverfront haven with a perfect dock for your watercraft adventures! The 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers;
▪ A spacious interior including a game room.
▪ Sleeps a maximum of 16 guests
▪ There's a patio that overlooks Lake Placid.
▪ Peaceful & safe neighborhood.
▪ Wake up to the birds chirping and sunrises prior to getting ready to go out for a day on the water.
Drive to Austin for a night out on 6th St. or out to San Antonio to stroll the River Walk or make a visit to Sea World!

We welcome up to 2 pets with a $150 pet fee per stay. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience.

**Please kindly take out the trash to the road on Sunday evenings as the trash is collected on Mondays. Thank you so much!

Family River Fun!

This house is beautiful and has plenty of games and water toys to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill while watching the big screen TV outside. The kids love making smores on the firpit! Overall this was a great place to stay for our large family.

A great house to stay at with a large crowd. Plenty to do with the pool table, ping pong and pickleball. The river was down when we were there, but I saw they had canoes which would be fun to do. I loved that it was pet friendly and the dogs had fun getting in the water. There are 3 refrigerators and 2 washers and 2 dryers which was great, especially with a large crowd. The downstairs outside area is great and there is a cute bathroom down there. The guys enjoyed watching the game down there and I enjoyed drinking my coffee down there in the mornings. It was very peaceful. There are a lot of stairs to get to the house, but they did have an elevator. I would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We had an office retreat had a great time. They were about 10 adult adults and we fit so comfortably so much room. The house had so many activities we loved it can’t wait to go back.

The home was everything I expected itnto be and more. The home is well equipped for guests. Our family included 6 adults and 4 kids, and our dog. The home was large enough for everyone to have their own space. And it close to the New Braunsful area and all its offerings.

It is a beautiful property, very clean, and plenty of space for gathering. Unfortunately, the river water levels was extremely low which it gave an unpleasant smell.
