It wasn’t done. They forgot !!
2. The front desk was left unattended all the time with all the room keys out. Anybody could take them and go into your room while you where out.

"Amazing stay! The room was very comfortable (the fancy shower is a plus). We ended up eating at the restaurant most of the time as it was great.
