"No hot water.... cold shower and cold wash, was not inclined to have breakfast thereafter. A basic response from receptionist re hot water, with no offer to compensate, left the hotel feeling unwelcomed and poor customer service For such a prestigious hotel, we expected a better experience. We won't be returning here. Poor "

"After a bumpy start at another hotel that was not wheelchair accessible, we checked in at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They set us up with a nice and quiet room and provided parking right out front to ensure we could access our vehicle when we needed it. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but had drinks at the piano bar. It was very relaxing and the drinks were delicious. I highly recommend a stay at this location. It is walking (or wheelchair) distance to all the main things you want to see in the Hamburg city center. I will definitely book here first when we go back. "
