The space

This may just be one of the finest casitas in Arizona. The Casita at Casa Estrella is part of a newly built luxury estate, offering an 820 sqft. one bedroom retreat with an open, light filled design that feels both sophisticated and serene. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated by the owner to create an exceptional and memorable stay. Ideally located near golf, hiking, shopping, and restaurants, everything you could desire is right at your fingertips.

Kitchenette:
The thoughtfully curated kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, waffle iron, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are provided, along with a full set of dishes, glassware, and silverware. Cooking is accommodated using the provided appliances, and an outdoor BBQ with a griddle. The unit does not offer an oven or electric cooktop.

Living Area & Entertainment:
The living room is equipped with a couch, stunning red rock views & Smart TV, allowing seamless access to your personal streaming accounts.

Bedroom:
The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed designed for comfort and restful sleep.
Smart TV allows seamless access to your personal streaming accounts.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a modern design. Plush towels and washcloths are provided for your comfort, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a seamless, hotel like experience.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer are provided for your needs. A small supply of detergent will be provided for your use.

Internet, Wi-Fi & TV
Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the casita. Smart TVs offer access to popular streaming services, allowing you to sign in with your own accounts, such as Netflix, Apple TV, and Hulu, for seamless entertainment.

Outdoor Space:
Unwind in the evenings, taking in beautiful sunset views and relaxing by the gas fire pit. The outdoor area also features a BBQ with grilling utensils, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. An abundance of hiking & biking trails are nearby.

Parking:
Dedicated private parking spaces are provided for guest use.

Guest access
Guests will be granted access with a keypad code. You will have exclusive access to the entire casita and back patio beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.

The neighborhood
This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with mostly owner occupied homes. We kindly ask guests to keep noise at respectful levels at all times so everyone can enjoy the serene setting. You may also encounter native wildlife such as deer, coyotes, javelina, and other local species. Please observe wildlife from a distance and do not approach or feed them.

Getting around
While having a car is the easiest way to get around Sedona, there is also a convenient public shuttle system that provides access to popular trailheads and helps avoid parking hassles. For more information, visit the SedonaShuttle website.

Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture are thoroughly cleaned after each stay, please be aware that during certain times of the year, wind, weather, native plants, and pollen may result in additional outdoor debris. For your convenience, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are available should you wish to tidy the space during your stay.

House Rules:
No pets, including visiting pets.
No parties or events.
No smoking in or around the property.

Violations of these rules will result in a minimum $100 fine per incident, charged to the booking guest, and may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Extended Stays: Bookings of 14 nights or more will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from the cleaning fee collected at booking.

Reservation Changes: We accept reservation alteration requests submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host's discretion.
