Communication upon checking in was questionable. I was told fireplace was inoperable due to “season” yet, when I read guest pamphlet provided by front desk it noted 3 more days of fireplace availability. So, I asked for maintenance to turn back on (a switch). Additionally, had to have maintenance switch bedroom tv to HDMI because it was “off” . (Guest should not have to do this) and was shown where temperature thermostat was hiding. Overall, the most significant issue I couldn’t fix was the loud “gurgling” of the heater throughout evening….
