Our own Sedona Resort!
This property is amazing!!! We stayed with our family of mom/dad and 4 older teens. The bedroom arrangement worked perfect with the Master Suite in the other end of the home. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together and have their own space as well. The 2nd family room off the garage was perfect for this. The views are the main reason we chose this home, they are stunning!! But the amenities and quality of the home were an unexpected bonus. The home has everything a family would need for a beautiful Sedona vacation. The pool/hotub/outdoor lounging area truly felt like a resort, with more stunning views. And 2 of the trails hiked were literally 5 min from the home. A Hikers Dream! The propery managers were absolutely wonderful to work with as well, very prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Don't even consider any other home in Sedona. This is The One!!

The Best of Sedona Life
What a great treat to stay at this expansive and lovely home while visiting Sedona. The home has a great pool and hot tub, and our family enjoyed chatting in the evening at the outdoor fireplace area. It is amply appointed in the kitchen and dining room, which allowed us to entertain a few out of town relatives that stopped by to visit. The universal response by all those visiting was simply, "Wow!" We agree. Thank you, John & Robin for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Our group of 6 had a fabulous time. We found everything we needed at the house. We really appreciate the host allowing us to check in early to accommodate our Film Festival schedule. Recommend this to anyone who needs a lot of space in a beautiful location.

This prospect was perfect for our party of 8. The place was clean and had a great lay out! The pool was nice, the views spectacular, and nice kitchen for gathering and cooking! Would highly recommend and would rent again! Owners were so east to work with.

Incredible property & experience
What an amazing view to wake up to, every morning. I sat in the living room every morning with a cup of coffee, and wondered at the beauty around us. We had an issue with the pool heater on day 1, but John was super quick to help with a resolution to an issue that might not be critical to us adults, but our 7 & 9 year old's would not be so forgiving :). In no time, they were splashing around like fish after each day's hike and I couldn't be more grateful to John for being so attentive. Will definitely come back.

The views found within just about every window were picturesque! The home is well maintained and decorated with plenty of space for a large family retreat. The landscaping and pool/spa offer all the relaxation options you need after a long day hiking the beautiful nearby trails. A+++

We had an amazing stay for our elopement wedding. The house was perfect for our family!
The house has a beautiful view, the hot tub was perfect. The outdoor fireplace was amazing for the cold nights. We loved the family room with the fireplace, we would turn it on and play games with the whole family. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful views excellent pool each bedroom was enjoyable for everyone and no one had a bad time The location is easy to get to and restaurants and activities are with in easy drive very enjoyable highly recommend this place. The host is super helpful with questions and directions. Make dinner reservations now if you plan to eat out at all.

Pictures 100% do not do this house justice compared to what it was in real life. We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was AMAZING!! The views from every window are straight off a postcard and everything about the house was perfect. Also loved that you felt very secluded even with it being within a neighborhood. 20 min walk to cathedral rock which was an awesome hike and 10 min drive to shopping!

We spent a week at this wonderful house and we were so impressed and feel so fortunate to have booked this property! The photos online are great but don't compare to how truly beautiful it is. The house was gorgeous and our family of 7 had plenty of room and private space. The house is so expansive and we felt like we were staying at a private estate with beautifully landscaped grounds and a very large pool and spa. Every morning we commented how beautiful the house was. There are also 360 degree views of the red rocks that are truly amazing. We would love to come back again and stay at this wonderful property. It is definitely the nicest rental we have ever stayed at.

We had a wonderful trip and can’t say enough about this beautiful property! Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, and well stocked. The house had everything we needed. Views were insane! Location was great as well, close to everything-walkable to hiking trails, and even to the Chapel of the Holy cross. Owners very responsive and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!
