Nor so peaceful
I was unable to go on this trip myself. I had a coworker and her spouse take my place. They said they had a good time orher than being able to hear tge host who lives onsite having sex. Not impressed.

Yes the guest did not show up and she had some friends come. And I don't know where they got the idea Of sounds having sex. This is absurd.I Haven't had sex in over five years. So I don't know why they would make Up lies.

Great Sedona Location!!!
Love the location... close to "Uptown Sedona" but most of things we did were in our area (Dinner at Rascals, Sedona Scenic tour pick up, Cafe Jose, foot massage at Tao Foot Spa.... all less than 1 mile from the house, and Hiro Japanese for sushi was only 2-3 miles away.. highly recommend them all). The price was totally worth it... however some improvements... double ply toilet paper :), a little more sound proof (could hear discussions in the main house), have a lock on the slider from the outside (appreciated the lock on the gate and I'm sure it's a good neighborhood... buttttt), we would have preferred a microwave over the toaster oven (or have both), have a pocket door for the bathroom vs using the closet door as the bathroom door. We would definitely visit Sedona again.

Met our needs

Peaceful & Quiet
No games or gimmicks exactly as advertised and more. Cozy & comfortable room. Warm sunny days & cold starry night's. Numerous activities from sight seeing, hiking, star gazing, and ATV's. Host replied to inquires very fast and without issue. Will definitely return for an encore trip

great landing pad
nice quiet space, great for unwinding after long days hiking, good proximity to many trailheads and nice restaurants. we chose this space first and foremost because it had private outdoor space and a hottub, and the outdoor space and hottub were really perfect.

Great location and value
Me and my boyfriend (21) stayed for a week and it was perfect! we came to sedona for a hiking trip so the room worked out really well for us considering we were there to bathe sleep and eat! It is in a prime location so close to many restaurants and shops and most importantly many hiking trails. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking. The room was cozy and clean and the host was very friendly and answered quickly! i definitely recommend booking, i would rebook when i return to the area.

Nice Neighborhood, Nice Room
We were very comfortable in this bedroom and bathroom with a private backyard. Most of the day we were off hiking and exploring the area. This was a nice place to come home to. The jacuzzi was great. It was a real help to sore legs from our first strenuous hikes. The neighborhood is great, quiet and picturesque. The house is close to 89A without being too close. Great restaurants nearby.

Great location, quiet neighborhood
Great location to access some amazing views and hikes. Quiet neighborhood. Near lots of restaurants and fun shopping. The private room had everything I needed. Devara was helpful with any questions. My biggest concern was the cleanliness, as parts of the room/bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. Overall a great experience.

I don't know why betty is lying. I've had my vacation Home for 6 years. And always water air conditioning Is fine. I recommend Not having her as a guest. She has serious issues....

Cozy spot in quiet neighborhood!
We stayed at this home for four nights! Really liked the neighborhood! We took morning walks/runs and the neighborhood was a great place to do so. The hot tub was very nice to sit in and watch the stars! Loved it! Nice place! Will stay there again!

Good stay for 2 with great location
Great location with fast access to popular trailheads nearby. Clean and neat accommodations, marijuana smell and loud argument between two people in the next room unwanted and uncomfortable.

There was no arguments here. And marijuana is Legal In Arizona. We do use it for medical purposes.

The lock is a old combination llock
The security lacks. The lock to gate is one of the old combination locks that you have to do just right. The fence has an opening in one corner. Sedona has most likely low crime but never the less

Perfect base camp
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while we visited Sedona. We did a lot of hiking, sight-seeing, and shopping and this little nook was in a perfect location for doing all of that. The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. The bed slept us comfortably. The temperature was great and there was a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. The bathroom facilities were roomy and worked great. We ate most of our meals at restaurants but we kept breakfast items and snack items in the fridge. It was really a perfect place for us as it allowed us to get to all the things we wanted to do in Sedona while also serving as a comfortable place to get cleaned up, unwind and get some rest for the next fun filled day.

The host was nice and the place was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. The amenities are more suited to those who aren't planning on cooking their meals as it only had a toaster oven. Great for those just spending a few days or those who like to eat out and maybe just want to warm leftovers.

Just need a microwave, something to heat water. TV on the side of the bed, I do not care because I así not watch TV but should be in front. I love that they allowed a dog, have the opportunity to travel with my babie dog.

Just to let you know I don't support microwaves they destroy all the vitamins and minerals in your food and add radiation to your food. People in the US don't know they are totally banned in Europe.

Local Living in a Safe Neighborhood
Devara was very responsive, checked in with me to see when I would be arriving, and was very cordial. As for the property, this is actually not a stand-alone studio but a single room inside of her house with private access through the backyard. The room itself along with a closet and bathroom is probably somewhere between 100-200 sqft, and the backyard with the jacuzzi and table affords more space to roam about. While the unit is not the most secure due to ease of access into the backyard, the community generally felt very friendly and safe. However, on the first evening, we did overhear a large argument in the house which made us feel uneasy, but the subsequent nights went without incident. Overall, if you need a place to crash in a safe, quiet neighborhood, this can serve that purpose.

Perfect!
This was the perfect place for us during our Sedona visit. Love that it was pet friendly and so easy to be here, very quiet and private. The hot tub was AMAZING and the night time views were incredible from the yard. Highly recommend this for anybody looking for a quiet room to stay in that doesn’t want to get into a hotel.

Everything you Need & Close to Everything
My husband and I stayed three nights and four days at this spot and we had a great time. I read some of the reviews and was surprised at any complaints. There was nothing that we found to complain about. Devara even gifted us with a CD of her music (yes, it's awesome) after talking to my husband (also a musician). If I had any suggestions AT ALL it might be to add a little handle to the backside of the closet door to avoid handprints on what is also a sliding bathroom door -- that is more to save them time on cleanup than anything. Also I might mention that the sliding glass patio door was the cleanest I have ever seen, so beware so you don't walk through it to your beautiful peaceful (so peaceful) little private yard. We really enjoyed the hot tub too! We can't wait to go again!

Decent stay for low price
We had a good stay. Only negatives were that the room had a damp smell that may have been coming from the fridge, and the jets in the hot tub didn't work very well. We loved the neighborhood, Dee was great, and room was just what we needed for our weekend in Sedona. Super convenient location to everything we wanted to do!

The jets work fine in the spa in the spa they just needed to ask me how to use them. And it has been raining here for 6 weeks so I'm sure if There was a dampness it's from the rain

The add (picture of property) made it appear it was a free standing place, not one attached to Devera’s home. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink and there was no microwave, which would have increased cooking opportunities. Then again, you get what you paid for. Could have used another chair and a flat surface other than the bed. Patio was a nice touch when weather permitted. Nice residential neighborhood. One brief contact with Devera was positive. Spent more time with her husband, who came across as positive/interesting.

I don't know why Roger didn't use the desktop for the flat surface he talked about. And I don't Support microwaves because they poison your food and Kill all the nutrients out of your food. There is a toaster oven there which is all natural.. A lot of people don't know people don't know that microwaves are banned and in Europe because of the of the radiation They put out.

Amazing Views and Adventure
We loved the quiet relaxing neighborhood, The room was perfect for us. We could hike early morning and relax in the evening, Room was small but had all of the comforts of home. restaurants and stores were close and convenient. We will be back! For views you have to see them for yourself :)

Amazing location and stay
Beautiful location nestled in the heart of Sedona close to all activities and events. We enjoyed the privacy and ease of access with a large comfy hot tub. Our puppy enjoyed it as well as he was able to run around in the yard. The host was a very talented musician and very accommodating for all of our requests. We highly recommend getting the Chakra reading and learning more about the history of Sedona.

Just a really nice place to stay when you are on Sedona. Location is a residential neighborhood with access to hiking trails near by. Our host was very attentive to our questions and provided detailed check in, property use and check out instructions.

Sweet Studio apartment for our long weekend stay in Sedona
We had a lovely time in Sedona and our host was very sweet as we checked-in to the one bedroom and one bathroom studio with private backyard and hot tub. Gorgeous neighborhood with close proximity to trails, Safeway and restaurants. We'll definately return to this VRBO!

I highly recommend!! Traveled from Colorado to Sedona and brought along my furbaby (dog) and this place was perfect. Very peaceful, beautiful little yard with hot tub, and SO close to most activities! The property owners were very sweet!
