First, I want to start this review by saying I have been a member of Expedia.com for 20 years and am currently a platinum "One-key" member. Rarely do I write a negative review, but this property deserves it. Our room had issues of which the offsite property mgmt. ignored, even with our attached pics for backup. We stayed in Unit 1, which had 2 beds, one which had obvious visual mattress/bedspring replacement needs. It sagged so badly that it was better to ask housekeeping for another set of clean sheets to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping also replaced our non working coffee pot and jiggled the microwave cord for it to have electricity. The spa/pool had a posted sign that it is closed by order of the "Yavapai County Community Health," but in the darkness of night, a homeless man was enjoying it. We notified the property mgmt. we were checking out early and paying out of pocket to go elsewhere for the remainder of our stay as we couldn't take it anymore. Expedia asked the property for a refund due to the early checkout and were declined as the property charged Expedia. Steer clear of this property. It shouldn't be offered.

They only had two towels and two disposable coffee cups in room and only serviced the room every other day so you were expected to reuse everything. Two lights in bathroom burned out. Had to use facial tissue for toilet paper last day.

The room is clean. Bathroom is a good size. It is very nice to have bathrobe available. Touch-less check-in was easy. Communication was received in advance so I was able to talk to the staff to get the code. There was one dirty towel left at the window by the cleaning staff. And one of clean bath towels has a few black spots. Other than that, we are happy with this little hotel. Thank you.

Nice place on the way down. We were lucky and had no problems. But, no staff most of the time, and room entry required 7 digit key code which was hard to enter in the dark at night. Without cell phone, entry impossible. Hot tub/spa closed or did not work. Room had large shower but no bathtub. You could hear it when neighbor showered. Nice courtyard to sit in but no one picked up if guests (or staff) left something. An empty beer can remained on a table in the outdoor common area for our entire stay.

The room was not up to par. Door handle was loose, the shower enclosure was slippery and hot and cold handles very loose. The hot tub was dirty to use. Overall we were not content. Thank you

There was no soap , no employee on duty and the bed was like sleeping on a sponge my back was killing the next day it was not worth what they were charging it was a ripoff!!!

I had to call by phone various times to be able to check-in. Eventually I checked-in. And then I had to call various to ask for towels, that never came. Still hace no towels. First time in a decade with an experience lile this.

Just a few amenities in the room. No cups or coffee machine. No mention of fridge. AC was very loud. Floors were creaky. We stayed on first floor. Our ceiling creaked all the night. The noises were not just from AC and ceiling. There were other weird sounds happening every few minutes. We couldn't sleep at all during the two nights we stayed.

I didn’t care for the fact the coffee machine was in the bathroom sink cabinet next to the toilet plunger. And no other coffee option on premise. The courtyard was unkept and the table tops were dirty to dine. The bathroom sink was made for little people. Would not return.

Great place, unfortunately we only stayed 1 night but we were very pleased with our stay. Room was clean and didn’t smell bad like most rooms do. I felt safe, and very close to restaurants and other activities. Definitely a place I will return to if I ever go back to Sedona.

We decided to stay in Sedona last minute, and booked this location based on its price and proximity to hiking that we wanted to do next day. When we arrived, several guests were sitting in outdoor tables/chairs-quietly enjoying the weather. We received all information regarding check in process via text message and were able to get it easily and quickly. Room was very clean/tidy, bed was cozy, and a bag with waters/granola bars was waiting on the table for us. We grabbed some delicious pizza across the street and went to bed early. The room was quiet, and comfortable. We left early (7am) and the majority of the guests were doing the same. It seemed like the whole parking lot was clearing out, everyone in hiking boots with big smiles on their faces. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no staff at the inn except the house keeper. No keys to the room an 8 digit code had to b used . The room smelled and the bed was 30 years old

Nothing had been cleaned when we arrived. The towel rod was hanging off the wall leaving screws out, and the shower/toilet area had hair everywhere. I would really listen to the not great reviews on cleanliness and stay anywhere else.

Worst experience here. The management is absolutely horrible and non existent. no one on site, no help when you call. they hang up on you. noisey rooms. bugs in rooms. sewer smell. broken furniture. burnt out light bulbs. left early. hotel manager was absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. would never come back just due to the manager. unsafe room. unsanitary. and disgusting.
