"As outside temperature was in the 98 to 105 degrees. Way too hot for the miss’s and I. There is a fishing pond and a paddle boat you can use if you wish. Breakfast was great and the owner Perry was very polite and had done well with the place. Great place to relax. Except for the hot weather everything was very good."

"Clean rooms. Sheets and bedding comfortable. Pillows were all the same firmness and I a prefer a softer pillow. The breakfast hot food was empty when we got there at 8:50 with service until 9. Eating in the pool area didn’t work for me due to the heat and high humidity where the breakfast seating was located. This is a good location to downtown and easy walk to fast food. We found a “front porch” homemade cookie shop within walking distance in the neighborhood. Pool nice but hot tub had no way to turn on the jets."

"We found this for our annual family vacation. The air was out when we got there, it got fixed immediately. The host was great, even checked to make sure everything was going OK. There is a lot of land to explore. We put a blow up pool in the backyard for the kids. We enjoyed sitting outside at night playing cards and listening to the wildlife. Everyone has decided they want to return."

I do have a couple complaints 1.) the pool was not available, which is one of the reasons we chose this location. 2.) the breakfast was kind of expensive for being hotel food. "The place is still a work in progress but still very clean and quiet. Coin washer and dryer on site, ice machine, Kuerig coffee machine, and microwave in the common area with mini fridge in each room. The rooms do not have an iron, blow dryer or hangers, just FYI. The owner is very nice! If you plan to pay when you get there have cash, no POS is set up yet. This place would be great for a family reunion or any large gathering. Currently there are 10 rooms and each have 2 doors with access to outside and the inside common area which is very large. Looks like there will eventually be a large working kitchen."
