"We had a nice stay at CoCo Beach. Everything was great. Clean. Well managed. My only gripe were the doors and the locking mechanisms. It was so hard to unlock and the doors from the latch and the same with the keys. We just could never get it on the first try. I do want to give HUGE accolades to our Snorkeling Captain/Guide, T-Rex. I truly hope he will get praise from this review. He was absolutely AHHHHHHMAAAAZING. He was a great boat captain. He was an exxxxxceptional snorkel guide. This man loves his country, loves his job, and looooooves the wonders of the deep sea. He was so patient (as one of us was not a strong swimmer), he was so informative about every fish. He loves his job and it shows. THANK YOU T-REX!"

"What an amazing place! Views are stunning, and all the bars are a short wade across the bay.Communication was excellent—Leeroy booked our taxis, golf cart, and snorkeling trip, all of which were fantastic. His response time to any of our queries was always within seconds and incredibly helpful.Because you are a little off the beaten track, we ate out for lunch at the local bars (loads to choose from) and ate the breakfast provided by the property every morning, as it was a bit of a trek to the supermarket and prices are high. Bottled water was also supplied by the property, which was great.There is now a road to the property so there is no need to catch the boat, but you will need a golf cart. The mosquitoes come out at night, so bring some repellent when near the property, though the breeze on the roof terrace seemed to keep them away on-site."

"Loved the location. Close to secret beach. The house was stocked with just about everything you could ask for or need. It could use a few small improvements but overall would definitely stay again."

"First, *the beach* is phenomenal. Waking up to all of that beach and that super-clear water is a treat! They just recently forged a proper "road" through the mangroves so you can drive your cart right to your door - helpful. The owner noted wanting to do a refresh of the units sometime soon, and that will help. Our space was comfortable enough and spacious, but it also showed wear & tear and needs some TLC. No issues with electricity and the wifi seemed solid. The condenser for our a/c unit was sometimes possessed, as it made odd noises sometimes and was fairly quiet others. That needs some attention. Also, there is an onsite desalination system located under the unit we were in (the little bungalow on the side). The motor for that system is loud and annoying, so when it is running (daytime, midday usually) it can be unpleasant. It can be turned off if you ask. Breakfasts were varied and yummy, and Leroy (the onsite do-it-all staff) was quick to address any issues or provide guidance about local stuff. In terms of overall location, again, the beach and water is stellar, especially if sargassum is affecting the ocean-side of the island. Given Secret Beach's popularity, the noise from the bars & restaurants just to the north of Villas Secreta (the closest is about 800 feet away) can be a constant presence when you are enjoying the beach. We sometimes wandered down the coast to the south to distance ourselves. Not a deal breaker, just something to know about."

"The room looked just like the pictures. So convenient. The breezes were amazing. I wasn’t sure about the no ac, but with the breezes and fans I was fine. Tristan and Athena were great and very helpful. It was nice to have the social club to grab snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend! "
