"A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis. The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in . One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk. The pool is very clean and close to rooms There is rooms facing the pool also Rooms are cleaned daily Very good hotel and good location Staff very helpful .. especially ibtissam "

The wonderful management checked in with us ahead of our stay, arranged a local tour of the Medina (with Amine, who was terrific) and came out to meet us when we arrived and got a little lost.
