"Misunderstood at check in about car rental and unable to reverse 35.00 a night fee in full. Even showing receipt from rental drop off… Rooms are small .. but okay for cruise port proximity.. Als good thing had bus for transport to cruise port"

We unfortunately had a two bed room that had no air conditioning and the window propped open to get a little air but still hot.
