Cozy, Modern suite with amazing views situated in a quiet area (10 mins) from the Light Rail in Lynnwood. Unwind in tranquility at Wooded Oasis, a spacious and inviting two-bedroom apartment. Explore nearby attractions like Boeing Future of Flight (5 mi) Edmonds Marina (6 mi) Mukilteo Marina (9 miles) and Alderwood Mall (3.7 mi). Our aim is the provide you with a cosy and comfortable haven during your stay.

The space
Welcome to our beautifully decorated suite. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. The beds are very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. We do have a laundry room with a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry for longer stays. On chilly evenings, the gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

The suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy. Stay connected to, high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. Watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime Disney & HBO Max.

For the ultimate relaxation experience, indulge in the luxury of our private hot tub on the deck under the stars. Enjoy the private pool during Summer. We charge a pool heat fee to access the pool.

Step right out of Wooded Oasis to Meadowdale Park with stunning walking trails (30 mins, walk to Haines Wharf Park) and (40 mins to Meadowdale Beach Park). Meadowdale Beach Park is a 1.25 nature trail down to the beach. There are two parking spots to park in front of the suite.

Cute suite

This suite was just what we needed for our stay. We explored the national parks and Seattle so needed a place mainly for chilling at night. We had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning before we left and dinner when we got back. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Neighborhood was sagmfe and cozy with ample street parking.

We love staying here cause the owners are always nice plus they have a pool and hot tub we can use we’re close to everyone and in the middle of town makes it great. Satisfied our needs

We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again.

Lynwood hideaway

Quiet location in a lovely neighborhood. Comfy living room with a beautiful kitchen. Very clean and with many available supplies. The best was the homemade cookies from a lovely girl.

Home Away from Home

Five-star accommodations. Comfortably furnished, fully equipped kitchen even came with freshly baked banana bread! We enjoyed relaxing, kept warm and cozy with the gas fireplace. And the location is convenient for city business and really out in the woods for getting away from that after. This little apartment was a highlight of our visit. Thank you for having us!

It was great we loved every moment of it we loved the apartment it was amazing and we were able to go 10 minutes to Edmonds waterfront and the mall the stores were closed so we love that too you guys were amazing you guys answered every time something and your husband was really nice and your daughter so we would love to stay there again again it was nice and quiet so you guys get 10 Stars And it was very convenient for us with everything nice little town⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we will definitely be back and I do recommend this to people

Clean and welcoming

Wonderful place to stay in the Seattle area. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. Expect a little noise, as the rental is a basement. It is bright and airy and very clean. We enjoyed the space for our group of three. Lovely time at this rental. Thank you very much to the owners for the extra hospitality, you are appreciated.

Seattle Summer Getaway

Great location north of Seattle in a quiet, secluded neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and dining. This property is set up as a private entrance mother-in-law suite with two full bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, as well as a full kitchen. The property owners live upstairs. They were very welcoming and offered us homemade muffins and fresh-picked blueberries. We had full access to the private wooded backyard with pool and hot tub during our stay. Due to the wooded backyard and need to keep the pool heated we coordinated with the hosts about when we wanted to use the pool so they could make sure it was clean and heated for our use. Parking is on the street but pretty much no traffic. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Christmas Getaway

With this getaway, we were looking for some additional space to spend the Christmas holiday together cooking and lounging about. We were not disappointed. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. As an added bonus, they also prepped the hot tub for our usage during our visit. The fireplace and well appointed kitchen made us feel instantly at home, and we enjoyed three days of bliss relaxing and basking in front of the fire together. The primary bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. Did I mention the bathroom even included a bidet. That really was a nice unexpected bonus detail. I’d love to return and enjoy this property to use the pool and hot tub during the summer since it’s so close and convenient. I highly recommend this wonderful getaway location. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts‼️
