This would be a great place to work away from home during thus stressful time. Ignore the rates listed and inquire.

Newly renovated 1904 triplex. Top unit has fantastic roof deck and view. Beautifully decorated. High end appliances. Vintage detail. Air conditioning.
2 KING beds and one hide a bed.

Airy and bright 2 bedroom. Gourmet range. Private outdoor deck with view of Seattle and mount rainier. Two king beds!

Any guest staying more than 30 days agree that they have no intention of asserting any sort of tenancy rights outside of their rights through Airbnb.

I welcome well behaved pets however, due to a series of problems with pets and damage, I am limiting this unit to 2 pets. I am also charging an additional $10 per night for pets (not per pet) for stays under 14 days. I will charge an extra flat $50 for stays over 14 days.

I do not welcome barking or destructive dogs. I will charge a $100 fee if there is complaints about barking by other guests or if I hear unreasonable barking.
