Good stay overall

The unit is clean and updated. Communication with owner is excellent and responsive. He was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in time. Very affordable. Nespresso coffee maker is a great touch. Listing states private bathroom which is true; however, it's not en suite. Have to go out of your private room to get into your private bathroom. The picture on the listing shows the bathroom being part of the suite though. Thought it was just a little misleading. Not a deal breaker though. Stay has been good until tonight. It is 1:44 am right now. Another renter came in at about 12:30am. Heard a loud crashing sound downstairs, unsure what it was. Extremely loud for last hour. I can hear whoever it is vomiting right now. Slamming doors. Unable to get back asleep. I've also noticed the main door to the property has been left unlocked on multiple occasions since yesterday.
