We like Sonesta so much we booked our next stay. Airport shuttle was prompt. The check in staff was excellent and our rooms were ready ahead of time. We are a group of 8 senior citizens and they were so accommodating. Highly recommend.

I was so grateful that they gave me the opportunity to check in early for a small fee. We were coming back from the Alaska cruise and exhausted, to know that we were able to get in a bed in a stunning room, while we prepare for our flight the next morning, I was so grateful.This place is exactly what the photo shows worth every penny!!

It was affordable, had a kitchen, separate sleeping and living space, and a couch bed. It was a bit dated though, and there were spider webs in the room as well as dirty vents. The key cards were finicky. The staff were polite and friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, I would give the staff 5 stars. However, the room was not very clean, the area around the toilet was filthy, the furniture in the room was filthy, there was mold in the coffee pot, so definitely did not want to use any of the kitchen supplies in the room, we stayed 3 nights and never got our room serviced at all.

This was a very nice suite with lots of space. We loved the full kitchen, and enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The shuttle service was very convenient also. The exercise room was fun, pool was fairly clean but too chilly to use during our stay.
