• You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the rooftop. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS. Any violation of no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• LOST KEY. Not returning the physical key (if it was given to you) is a subject to $25 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Perfect Location and Listing

We really enjoyed our stay—this location is close enough to all of the activity in the Capitol Hill neighborhood while still being on a quiet block. Everything was exactly as we expected it to be. We didn't have any issues with the locks like some people have said in past reviews. Be prepared to pay for parking in a nearby lot (which there were always spots available) and it was just at the end of the block—really close. But we never really saw street parking available the entire stay. Thanks for a great location and a great stay!

a few bumps

Apartment was as advertised. Small,very clean. Building it is in is a little shabby. Big problem was the code to the lock to apartment didn't work reliably. Several calls to Hosteeva central number did not solve. Finally got referred to local manager who told us we could unlock with online app which solved problem. They could have saved us a lot of frustration with better upfront info.

Very good stay with one glitch

The one issue that keeps this review from being a 5 star is the problems we had with the automated locking system to enter the property! The code did not work and we had to call the manager t to open the door remotely!
