"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."

"The entire experience from check-in, getting used to the room, and even ordering food was great. The stay was as one should expect. Housekeeping was a little sassy, but not something to harp over. The only caution I'd recommend is to order within an hour of the kitchen closing. Once 9PM hits, don't order. There are plenty of budget-friendly options around the neighborhood. "

"I wasn’t impressed at check out when I was charged another 20.00 US per night as an extra fee (like a resort fee without a resort). That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked. Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed. Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling."
