"The staff were super nice and very efficient. Such a great customer experience. Location had more homeless than other areas, but overall not much of a problem. I liked the central location and nearby restaurants/pubs. Room amenities were great - very clean, free bikes to ride, kitchenette, safe, huge comfortable bed.. everything you want. Very impressed!"

"The staff and room was lovely. The only negatives were that the bathroom window was stuck open when I checked in and the smart TV was not really working due to spotty Internet in my booked room. A quick call down to the front desk had someone assisting to get the issues fixed. Oh and outside is pretty loud, they do provide ear plugs as it can't be helped due central location."
