"I'm a bit disappointed on how the hotel looks like, some of the furnitures looks old and carpet is not well maintained. The lobby aslo needs some renovation. The customer service is okay, but it maybe better if maybe I'm white.

"Arrived at the hotel after having reserved on Expedia only to be informed that they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation because I was late (flight delayed 2hrs) and did not give them any advance notice. The man at the front desk said that they emailed me to inform me of the cancellation - I showed him my inbox that there was no email. There was also a text from the hotel from a few hours earlier "welcoming" me to the hotel yet no communication about the cancellation. They ultimately "allowed" me to shower in the hotel gym and two hours later suddenly found a room available which despite appearing to have been cleaned had hair on the pillows and sheets. I've never stayed at a hotel before that requires you to inform them of flight delays, and the way that this situation was handled was absolutely abysmal - beware when booking this hotel!"
