PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

There are 9 steps leading up to the upper-level entrance, and no stairs inside the home.

2. 【PARKING】
We provide one designated off-street parking spot. The second car will need to park on the street.

3. 【DRIVING】
The home is situated in a bustling urban neighborhood. Please drive slowly and exercise extra caution while navigating the local streets.

4. 【PET FRIENDLY】
We love animals! Well-trained dogs are welcome here, with a maximum of one dog per stay.
Please note that we strictly do not allow dogs on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
Please let us know in your booking message if you are bringing a dog.
A $50 one-time cleaning fee will be assessed, which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly.

5.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

6. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
