Property and staff was great. My only need was coffee. Coming from a different time zone, I was up and ready for coffee long before it was put out in the lobby. Kurigs in the room would help.

Super convenient for attending a show and staying over! Our soap pump in room 8 didn't work, but we used the shower gel instead. Otherwise, a great stay! Loved the ease of check in and out.

If you dont mind loud music late into the night it is a good place to stay. Music didnt bother us and from our room the music was muffled so it was like background noise.

The hotel has such amazing style and decor which makes it a much more appealing stay than your normal hotel. The rooms were very large with tons of space so they were very comfortable. The hotel is relatively self service (there is a room where you can go get towels, water, or whatever you need) which I liked a lot because it was much easier than having to call and wait for room service. Last thing I’ll mention is that we arrived there at around 12 noon so they told us they could hold our bags until check in at 4. We walked around town for a while and got a text at 1 o’clock that our room was already ready! They obviously made us a priority because we got there early and we appreciated it so much. If I’m ever back in Seattle I would definitely stay there again!!

Really cool hotel! Modern and clean and close to attractions. There is no elevator so you have to climb a few flights of stairs (not a big deal for us, but could be for luggage heavy travelers). The staff was very accommodating letting us check in early. We highly recommend!

Conveniently placed, very nice vibes. The room is loud though, and not just because of the concerts happening at The Crocodile, it's actually because of a super loud vent noise in the room (the AC was off so it wasn't that). Had to put ear plugs in because of this.
