We stayed to see a show at WAMU theater. Was told it was not safe to walk after dark. We did anyway as there were a lot of people walking back. The room had a large "wet spot" on the carpet that never dried and we had to put towels over it. Parking is very tight so bring the smallest vehicle. There was a hair in my food that staff cooked for breakfast. Great location and not worth the price.

The suite in this hotel is great and functioned well for our family. The breakfast and happy hour are also really well done. Things that were not as easy: although there is a small convenience store nearby, there is no grocery store close. When we arrived, an event was happening at the stadium behind the hotel which closed the street down for over 2 hours after it let out, which meant that after a very long day of travel we couldn't park our car or check in and had to drive around for hours until the parking garage road was reopened. Also, if you are going to the space needle area, it is not close by-and is a $15-20 taxi away from the hotel. Lastly, if you want your room cleaned, you need to give 24 hours notice, which is inconvenient because in our case we didn't realize until dinnertime, which meant we had to be gone the following day at that time so the room could be cleaned. But overall, a nice hotel in terms of amenities, the pool, and walkable to the stadium or pike place market

I didn’t like that the bathroom door has no locks, my kids keep coming to the bathroom when I use it because there’s no lock it is very bad and uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel is good and break fast is awesome.

Really nice. Wifi works fine around the hotel - SUCKS in the rooms. And parking in the hotel is extra and it's taken out of incidentals, which is kind of an extra drag that that's not included. Oh well.

Hotel is walking distance to all the things you want to see in Seattle. Light train is really close also giving you access to go see the space needle.

During my stay the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The staff was so incredibly unpleasant. Hospitality!?! Not at this place. Go elsewhere, many better options in the area.

VERY convenient if you are attending an event at Lumen Field or a baseball game. The previous hotel guests recycling was still in a cupboard in our room but aside from that the room was clean.

This was a nice spot. Breakfast was great, rooms felt luxurious. Had issue with TV connectivity and hot tub needs to be hotter. Otherwise, lovely!

You can't beat this place if you've got an event at the stadiums. My kid loves the pool and all around it's just a nice space. Not inexpensive, but still worth it.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suite- Pioneer Square. Staff (check-in, concierge, security, servers, housekeeping) were friendly, including Milton the robot which my kids enjoyed the experience of. Appreciated the complimentary evening reception, and breakfast buffet with option of fresh omelette order. Hotel building and rooms were wonderful. Was fun and convenient to walk to International District. All these 5-star. Would come back to stay here again! Only 4-star to the pool that had cool water, and the hot/spa tub that had lukewarm water. Hopefully will be fixed for when we stay next time :).

Great full breakfast with made to order omelettes. Very nice appy hour provided by hotel. Pool was fantastic. Room was very clean. Great location for train travellers and those going to Lumen Field events.

I arrived and did not have shampoo in the room, had to go to the desk and request. I requested towels before I left for the day the following day , was assured I would receive a room refresh that day. Returned that evening to no room refresh and no towels. I called down stairs and was assured I would have some rushed to my room. I also placed an order for room service and requested delivery at 8. At 8, someone called to tell me that the room service was down and I would not receive my meals and that I would be credited. I then proceed to order Door Dash and went downstairs where I mentioned I had been waiting for towels for hours…again I was assured I would have some “rushed to my room”. By 11 pm no towels were delivered I went to bed. In the a.m I sent my husband downstairs to check on towels and inquire about the $117 room service charge and we were assured towels would come soon and I would not be charged for room service. We went to breakfast and came back to no towels again. I had to call downstairs to speak to a hotel manager who assured me he would hand deliver the towels we had asked for now 4 times and toilet paper since the room was not stocked. He delivered the towels. Today I check out and you can guess that I was in fact charged for the room service that was never delivered. I received a text from the hotel and mentioned that my bill indicated I was charged and they said oops we will send you a new bill. I have never experienced anything like this before.
