I am an Embassy Suites fan for the breakfast and room size. This one has those two fabulous view of downtown including ferris wheel. Oatmeal at breakfast was pretty good. The gentleman at the scramble egg station is a perfect person to organize the crowd and get folks their eggs ASAP. He's great!

The room was dirty, the shower curtain was stained, the mattress pads were stained and disgusting , and there was no room service. The only saving grace was the free breakfast. Will never stay there again.

The best part of the hotel was the restaurant the food was prepared well and was very good. The hotel room was small. We thought the because of the pictures it was quite spacious but it was not. There was a constant humming noise which made it hard to sleep. One of our towels had a blood smear on it and the hotel desk person charged us for the room and parking instead of seeing that we booked through a third party and although it was refunded I had to call twice and it took at least 10 days.
