Cozy 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a garage that is detached from main house. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood called Norway Hill. Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away.

Apartment front door is on ground level. There are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental. It is used for storage, so there little to no noise.

Quiet peaceful area. Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath. Perfect for our couple days of stay. Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was great. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, great accommodations!
Awesome property and accommodations in a great neighborhood that is centrally located and reasonably close to all major attractions/events in the Seattle area. We booked this as an alternative to a hotel for a Mariner’s game. This was the perfect place for our family. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were excellent with communication through the VRBO app. They are also very accommodating and even opened up an extra day for us (that was blocked) at our request to extend our stay. They offered to shop for us ahead of our stay - That was above and beyond any other host we have stayed with. We plan to stay here again! Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet spacious place!

Smooth check-in - great place!
The whole check-in process went so smoothly and the owner's were available 100% for any questions or needs. That was a huge one for me. So appreciative of that. Love the layout of the apartment. It's adorable! My only thing was that I like to have fresh air in the bedroom that I sleep in at night. So I wish that the window in the master would have had a screen in it. Other than that, everything was very nice. Parking was very convenient as well! Thank you!
