The evening we checked in was fine. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find no seats/tables were available. We had to wait. Don’t say we should have taken our breakfast to our room as that’s messy. We tried to leave the hotel at 10.30 only to be told by one of the other guests on the 4th floor with us that the elevator had failed. I had been waiting for more than 5 minutes for the elevator with 2 heavy suitcases and now had to struggle downstairs with them. At check out I asked the receptionist why there were no notices on the lift doors to say it was unavailable. The exchange of conversation was almost rude. During our checkout the receptionist answered the phone and kept me waiting for 7 minutes before getting back to me.

I really just had reserved a room there with Expedia )sorry) and called the hotel and after telling me that did not have air condition , I told them I wanted to cancel. They said notify Expedia and I did ! Then Expedia said no ! I promise it was only 10 minutes ! So Expedia can go to hell
