Hardwood floors are throughout, and there is an enclosed front porch with views of the dunes. Large 2-car finished garage furnished like a living room is perfect for enjoying games (ping pong table/shuffleboard), relaxing, watching TV, and storing all your beach toys. Large backyard with new paver patio, patio table/umbrella, four chaise loungers, and 4 Adirondack chairs, plenty of room for entertaining. Picture this: waking up every morning to the sound of the waves, the smell of the salt air, and tranquil beachside living. Central air, washer/dryer, and WIFI. A small non-shedding pet may be considered. Eight beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach bikes are all included for your convenience!
