"Stayed at Jasmin’s house for 1 night and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it. She took our refundable deposit. I bought insurance coverage for property damage. Me and my friends took the time and effort to clean her house and made sure everything is in order how it was when we get there. Vrbo care told me the additional deposit was not needed because I already bought the insurance but Jasmin insisted to ask for additional money.This property is not guest friendly-not suited for...

"The house is in a good location for exploring the Monterey Bay Area, was easy to find and check in. A big yard was great for dogs. The host responded promptly to messages and was very kind and accommodating. I felt it could have been a little more clean. The bathtub was quite dirty so we couldn’t use it for our daughter and there was some broken furniture in a pile in the yard. There were also signs in the restrooms that said not to flush any toilet paper at all, which my elderly family members...
