The space:

The home features multiple living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms with cozy furnishings and ample closet space. Large windows throughout the home showcase breathtaking bay views and flood the space with natural light.

Take in spectacular sunsets over the bay from multiple balconies and the expansive rooftop deck, or lounge by the private pool in your beautifully landscaped backyard. The property also boasts a large private dock—perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or tying up your boat.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living spaces, and driveway. Outside, enjoy your own private backyard retreat featuring a sparkling pool, BBQ grill, and outdoor bar—perfect for laid-back afternoons or lively evenings.

Take in stunning bay views and unforgettable sunsets from the rooftop deck and balconies, creating the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The property also includes a private dock for fishing, boating, or simply relaxing by the water.

*All reservations shall be a minimum of 7 nights.
*Guests must provide their own personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.), paper towels, napkins, coffee, tea, filters, creamer or sweeteners.

We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.
