- Brand New Stunning 2017 Summer Rental. Completed in September, 2016, this rental has all you need to complete your family vacation. Home contains of all new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, 6 beach passes, games, bikes, wi-fi, gas grill, foosball table, corn hole, outdoor shower and three decks (two that over look the Atlantic Ocean) the third roof top deck provides a space for a beautiful sunset.
