We arrived around 11pm and staff were super friendly and polite. Lobby, hallway, room very clean, bright, ac worked really well, comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Decent breakfast offerings.

The only thing I didn’t like was jacking up the price per night due to graduation. The reason I booked this hotel was due to the reasonable rate was within my budget.

The property is basic but clean. The service was professional and friendly. The breakfast is extremely basic.

Road leading into lot is under construction. No smoking rooms despite property listing non-smoking and no designation leading one to believe there are smoking rooms. Room smelled of urine. Asked for refund considering multiple disappointments, no refund and didn't actually check me out until next day despite leaving ten minutes after checking in. Was told advertising and double billing were on Expedia and to take it up with them, multiple other establishments have told me they were sorry for the slow check in, but they want to make sure the billing is right as it is prepaid through Expedia and they don't want to double bill me...

The road leading to the hotel has not one iota of construction. None. And pardon us for not allowing smokers to foul the air in our rooms. It's your responsibility to make sure the hotel you reserve has accommodation for your bad habit. At no place on the Expedia website does it imply that we have smoking rooms. We make extra sure that there are no misunderstandings about our policy by including the wording "no-smoking" on each and every single one of our rooms. That way, there is no confusion when we have to toss somebody out for trying to smoke inside one of our rooms.

Thank you for your comments. We are working to improve our breakfast. We have a new supplier and are getting good feedback on what we have changed so far.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Will stay again when traveling in the area.

A little concerned to find sticky traps all around. May be for bugs, but not a great look. Very loud. Breakfast is just ok. Probably will look to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Searcy.
Friendly staff and clean hotel. A sketchy party took place on the property; basketball goal, grill, and bags of beer outside in the back of the property where our room was. Lots of people partying. We just didn’t feel safe.
Good property for the price. Friendly staff. We enjoy the bigger room size. We’ve stayed here for years but I am starting to notice the need for some updates.

New carpeting and curtains are also to be updated within the next month. We pride ourselves on having the best property in Searcy for the price. These new updates will ensure that fact remains true. The toaster works. I just checked it. It has a sleep mode, and the instructions are clearly posted. Anytime you find something not working as expected, you should let the front desk know.
The peope and staff were so kind and nice. The room wasnt. There were red stains all on the floor. There is only one outlet by the bed. The ice machine on our floor was broken. You can hear everything! We heard the people next to us. We even heard the people in the elevator while they were coming up.
Very clean. Smelled good. Check in/out quick and easy. Breakfast fair. Much better than Microtel Inn in Miami, Ok.

Shower stained and drain pulled out. Too few towels. Chose not to use shower/tub due the to the condition. Staff extremely respectful and friendly.

We checked the room and found that the chrome plating around the drain was discolored from drain cleaner. It does not affect the cleanliness or water quality of the bathtub. We generally will put two towels in the room and allow guests to request more should they need it. We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a quality stay.
