"Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. The entire staff consistently went way above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible as well. Id give more stars of possible. Thank you for the incredible stay!"

"The place was absolutely beautiful. Clean and classy....the family who ran the place were amazing as well. You are literally blocks from the beach, the market, the food stores.....pretty much anything you can do and want to do is walkable."

"Resort is not completely finished yet, but really clean and spacious. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. There were a lot of facilities on the resort you can use for free. We would recommend staying here."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated, mold stains on the wall and there were way too many bugs in there- I think they came in through the space underneath the balcony door. The staff were helpful with arranging transport for us and the breakfast was great. "

"Very well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street.
Recommend you discuss with the owner about the various room options. "

"The hotel was exceptional in design of its rooms (we stayed in rm 111), access, exterior space, and pool. The lighting, access to switches and sockets was well thought out too.
The staff were friendly, polite and helpful when requesting transport.
The serving of breakfast would have been a bonus on an otherwise wonderful stay
The only additions I would recommend….a hand soap pump by the sink to avoid stepping into the shower tray each time to access the dispenser on the wall, and horizontal towel rails to enable 4 wet/damp towels to be neatly hung up rather than placed on shelves or suspended on one of 2 single hooks."
"Hotel is well placed in the nightlife part of town. The drawback is the construction going on around the general area and a large nightclub opposite that seems to go on all night. Another drawback is no TV, but they do have internet connection. There is only one room with a window, and it is very noisy overlooking the nightclub."
"+:
Very central location.
Huge room with big views.
Good value.
All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind.
Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray.
There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good
Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps.
