"The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is large and laid out in a forest setting with covered raised open air walkways. There were bikes you could ride from your room to the very large pool area, We took kayaks down the small river behind the resort and it was like a jungle river trip with huge trees and lush forest all around. "We stayed in a very spacious, modern, clean Executive Suite at a reasonable rate. The staff were amazing (special thanks to David)— polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. They expected to have everything ready by the time they have their grand opening in the coming weeks. We were offered free daily breakfast even though we didn’t book a room with that option. The...

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated, mold stains on the wall and there were way too many bugs in there- I think they came in through the space underneath the balcony door. The staff were helpful with arranging transport for us and the breakfast was great. "
