Loved everything about the Wellington. Staff were all so friendly and helpful . Easy access to the waterfront - I will certainly always recommend to anyone to stay here

A beautiful little find in a beautiful village! The room was spacious and well made up - including a lovely clean bathroom! The staff were welcoming and friendly - especially Lisa who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was amazing - breakfast options were vast and serving size was very generous. Overall our best stay in the UK!

Lovely views in a quieter location just outside of the main Brighton Pier precinct.

Huge room and breakfast was amazing, truely four star. Walking distance to the Barbican area. Our only issue was we were on the top floor and there was no lift. 50 steps from the back car park. I am sure they would put a lift in if the building was not heritage listed. If you have mobility problems make sure to ask for a room close to the ground. Overall very impressive and good value for money all fittings and fixtures were high quality.

Great location, right near town but nice and quiet, convenient to everything.

Great location, excellent food and very friendly staff.

Very nice room although on the small side and the steep steps to the rooms with numerous doors to negotiate wasn't easy. Unfortunately the window would not open it would have been nice to have a little fresh air over night. Lovely meal at the pub downstairs and we were lucky to get overnight parking right outside the building, very central.

Clean and comfortable rooms . Wonderful breakfast . Staff were all very friendly and happy. We were extremely happy with everything about the hotel and position

Lovely little pub, great drinking and eating option areas.

We arrived quite late in the evening to book in and the welcome was warm, very friendly and hospitable, indeed the host had a terrific sense of humour. He ensured we had all we needed and had all the information regarding breakfast etc. The room was comfortable and although quite small was adequate. Couldn't get wifi in the room but wasn't a problem for the short time I was going to be there. I would certainly stay there again.
