The bright, open living area features a comfortable sofa with accent seating, a flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, and stunning views of the island through sliding glass doors. The sliding glass doors lead outside onto a spacious private deck with a sun lounger and outdoor dining space for alfresco island-style dinners or early morning coffee with a view.

Just off the living area is a designated dining space with seating for 6 and a wet bar for convenient refreshments. The stunning kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you could need right at home. Including drip and Keurig coffee makers, a toaster, microwave, can opener, tea kettle, and more!

158 High Hammock villa offers two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and private full bathroom. The bathroom offers a spacious vanity with a stool and plenty of room to get ready, as well as a separate toilet room with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the private deck through sliding glass doors. The second bathroom is located in the hall with a vanity and shower for convenient access from the living area or guest bedroom.

An in-house laundry area is conveniently located in the hall with a high-end washer and dryer set, so you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores! Everything you need is right at home in this High Hammock villa.

High Hammock Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
