The Space
Moon Tide was designed by a local architect with both style and function in mind. Spacious common areas and private retreats make it easy for everyone to spread out or come together.
Bedrooms: 5 total (plus 3rd floor loft) with a variety of sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests. Bed Arrangements - 3 Kings, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
Living Areas: Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with ocean views.
Outdoor Living: Covered porch, rooftop deck, picnic table, and charcoal grill.

Great location well appointed home

We had a wonderful day at moon tide. The Home provided all that we needed for our stay. The location could not be beat with incredible ocean views and easy access to all.

Family spring break

Location was amazing lots of laughs and quality time- grocery right across street within walking distance - truly had a wonderful stay and have never seen a host pay such close attention to some of the little details I truly appreciated the thought and effort hope to come back!

We (2 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at Moon Tide. Communication with Andrea was great and very easy, the location of the house fantastic. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked (incl. cookies), beach towels, chairs, umbrellas all available. We can definitely recommend it!

Great Location

Great location and great house for our family reunion! We had one tiny hiccup and Andrea responded immediately and was so helpful and nice to get it resolved to make the stay even better!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation with family members from 3 to 91! Wonderful porch and deck to enjoy the views. Great kitchen, Great bedroom suites and bathrooms throughout to accommodate privacy. Kids bunk rooms are great! It was wonderful to be surrounded by the views and the sounds of the sea throughout the house. The elevator became a little difficult to operate, but was manageable. Manager was notified and planned for service. Great property!

Christmas getaway!

We traveled with family to Edisto for a Christmas getaway. The property is beautiful and just as described. It suited our group perfectly..an elevator for those that need it, pet friendly, and right on the beach! We hunted for shells each morning, watched dolphins from the house, and explored the area. Our trip was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great family beach trip

Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) spent a wonderful few days here. The beachfront location and the elevator were perfect for a family member with mobility issues. The amenities were great and the property manager quickly resolved the 2 small problems we experienced.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This was such a comfortable and well-appointed place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like everything we needed was right at our fingertips—no need to bring all the usual extras. The location is unbeatable: grocery stores and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the beach is literally right out the back door. The views are stunning at all times of day, in any weather. Thoughtful touches like linens, plenty of towels, basic condiments, and more really set this rental apart from others in the area. And yes—those cookies were a perfect welcome treat! Amazing House!

Our only complaint about this vacation is that it wasn't long enough! The house is in an amazing location and was stocked more than any other vacation rental I've ever stayed in. They even had an automatic water bowl for our dog. If you're considering a stay on Edisto Beach, this is the house for you! We will be going back!

Beautiful Edisto Gem

My family of 10 had an excellent stay at Moon Tide. The owner was very responsive and the home had many thoughtful touches, including being well-stocked. We had previously stayed on the other end of the island and wondered if this location would be crowded or noisy but it was pleasantly quiet. Recommended property!

This house was so well equipped and the welcome was warm and personal! We had some questions and one problem-all were addressed immediately and with warmth. The views were fabulous, from the upper deck and the porch. It accommodated our family with an infant and an 87 year old! We definitely would recommend this house!

Exceeded Expectations

The location was incredibly convenient with a grocery store and restaurants across the street. The home was in extremely clean despite being oceanfront - the views were killer from every room. But best of all were the super thoughtful owners who left treats for young (cookies and cereal) and old (coffee and all the spices needed to cook an amazing family meal). We hope to come back again soon.

Perfect beach house

The house is the first one in Edisto on the beach. Check in process was simple. House has ample room to spread out and views of the beach from most rooms. It is loaded with towels, spices in the kitchen , and even cookies. It was convenient being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend

Mini College Reunion

This was the perfect home and location for 15 74-yr. old women to gather for an extended weekend of catching up with each other's live and families. College friends for 56 years, this was the first time we were all under one roof together since we graduated. We hold reunions every 2-3 years, but typically we stay in hotels. It was GRAND to be able to take beach walks, move from porch to porch, and cook together in the very well equipped kitchen.

Love Edisto!

Great location. Easy walk to grocery store, bar and grill, gas station. Many many extras (games, kitchen items, toys, blankets, books and videos). Great floor plan for families and privacy. A stones throw to the beach. Simple check in. Elevator helpful and in good working condition. Weather was cold and rainy but we had a wonderful time celebrating birthdays! Love Edisto Beach.

First time and we LOVE IT!

This was our first stay at Moon Tide and we loved it. Gorgeous house and furnishings. Fantastic view. We had 13 people, 3 of whom were senior citizens, 2 teens, and the rest were adults 21 to 50+. We all were happy. Even with some minor problems with the elevator adjustments were made and we did fine. Only suggestion would be that sometime in the future handy cap bars be added to the shower in the king bedroom shower on the main floor and also to the queen shower on 1st floor. We already have made our reservation for the same week next year.

A VERY Merry Christmas!

Our stay was spectacular! The house is so beautiful and clean. The location is perfect! We love to cook. There were all kinds of spices, oils, flour, baking soda and powder. Plenty of paper products, coffee, tea, and beer! The house has everything, and if not enough, there is a convenience store and Food Lion right across the street! Sunrises, sunsets...I could go on and on. We travel and rent a lot...this place is special. Book it! You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a time and memories we will never forget.
