This gorgeous townhouse overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and Devaux Bank. One of only 4 Dolphin Point townhomes with the greatest views on Seabrook. Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, playful dolphins, and gorgeous starry nights. After a long day of walking, biking or relaxing prepare yourself a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and a rinse off in the private outdoor shower. The master suite includes a private ocean view deck, perfect for enjoying your early morning coffee with the sounds of the waves and expansive ocean views.

Paradise on Seabrook Island

We have stayed at Dolphin Point many times, and it is always stellar. Clean, perfect location, amazing views. Our family had a great time and will be coming back again.

View is priceless

We have stayed on Seabrook 9 times and this property had by far the best location with proximity to the pool/beach/golf course. The view was priceless . We enjoyed all the amenities and appreciated how well appointed the home was.

Lovely and relaxing

It was perfect. The kids played in the sand at the back of the house while we sat on the patio and enjoyed the views. It was so peaceful. We saw dolphins swimming past.

An absolutely perfect unit and location!

We were visiting seabrook for a wedding and had an amazing time at this property. The unit was spacious and so clean with incredible views of the water. The location is unmatched with being close to the country club and the pools/restaurants. Cam was so helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions so quickly. Would definitely come back here!

Fabulous Location

Loved this house. Everything as described. Only 20 yds off the water with a dock overhanging at high tide. Grandson caught 3 really nice red fish off the dock. 7 people with plenty of room. The outdoor porch was wonderful. Elevator made the stairs easier to handle.

Seabrook Oasis

Immaculate Seabrook townhouse. Perfect location for walking to club pools and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views. One thing about the boardwalk off the back of the townhouse . . . there is no beach to access even at low tide. Not a big deal, though, as the beach access is a short walk away from the townhome. Great location- would stay here again.

Spring break getaway (3/30 - 4/4/24)

This is one of those properties that words don't really do justice. The waterfront views are amazing and we spent more time in the unit than we had anticipated enjoying the views of the water, the wildlife and sunsets. The owner is great he is super helpful and responsive. We will be back for sure!

Perfect home for family getaway

We had our kids and partners with us for a long-awaited family vacation, and this seaside home was wonderful for our week of relaxation. The home is exquisitely appointed, yet comfy and cozy. The quiet location on the water gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax, and all the amenities meant we could easily cook with our family just as if we were in our own home! The host was available to answer our questions at all times, making it easy to access the home's many features. I would definitely recommend it!

The BEST vacay!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying for 2 weeks and we loved every second. Cam was so responsive and helpful. The house was well-stocked, had high quality furniture and appliances, and the best views on the island. One night we watched deer roaming the back yard area and dolphins jumping right by the dock literally at the same time. Just magical! We will definitely be back!

Awesome home and awesome host

My family, which included my 3.5 year old and my elderly parents among others, stayed at this home and we had a wonderful stay. The elevator that goes from the garage to the two floors of the home is extremely useful. The views, including daily morning dolphin sightings were beautiful. Seabrook Island is beautiful, clean, and not too crowded. The host, Cam, is such a nice guy and attentive to guests' needs and was generous with offering flexibility when requested. Thank you, Cam, for a great stay!

Fabulous stay with incredibly helpful host

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Seabrook. My mother has become severely handicapped in recent years and this was our first vacation since. There is a lot that goes into both finding a space that works and making it as accessible as possible for the individual and the caretakers. Cam was incredible every step of the way - from my many questions to needing some support ahead of our trip - he was kind and gracious. This was an incredibly meaningful trip for our family and if you’ve never experienced Seabrook, it will take your breath away. From the gorgeous beach, amazing pool and club, stunning homes to admire as you ride bikes - it’s picturesque. This property sits right on the water so you can wake up to the ocean and dolphins jumping. I highly recommend this property, Cam, and Seabrook. Can’t say thank you enough, Cam!

Family beach trip

We had a lovely time and the house was great. Cam was a perfect host and the house is in a lovely location. The steps to the water for the house were broken with some construction but other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful Property!

This house is a wonderful getaway. It’s beautifully appointed with every cooking appliance and seasoning you could need. The owner has thoughtfully labeled light switches, and the induction cooktop or anything that might not be intuitive. I’m not sure if they always have an infant life vest available, but as we had a 10 month old with us it was nice to see one in the garage if we needed it. Is very walkable to the beach club and restaurants. The owner was easily reachable when storms threatened the coast line and the boardwalk was under construction. I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Beautiful location

My family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 3-12) enjoyed staying here. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect and so convenient! We loved being right off the sand and the deck was heavenly for reading a magazine while listening to the surf. A perfect way to cap off the summer!

Fantastic location, lots of wildlife!

We were very impressed with this property. We enjoyed waking up to the waves crashing on the shore line and watching the birds and porpoises right from our back porch. Plenty of space for our family and it included all of the amenities, including beach, chairs, boogie boards, casting net, etc. I would highly recommend this property!
